The residential department continues to be extremely busy, undertaking a substantial work load of valuations, homebuyer reports, building surveys and associated professional advice including expert witness reports and statements for litigation purposes. The continued expansion of the residential department has enabled the practice to offer a more extensive range of detailed survey advice within an area now ranging from the north midlands through Cheshire and the Greater Manchester area.

During the past 12 months, the practice has achieved many sales, lettings and acquisitions of commercial premises ranging from local offices, retail and industrial units, the sale of a number of former club premises throughout the north west and the sale of substantial acreages of residential land.
